If you’re like me, you’re preparing for a big storm to hit – so I’ll get
right to it. We’re pacing behind where we need to be to reach our $1
million goal for January, and we only have a few hours left.

I wasn’t planning to send an email tonight, but looking at the numbers, we
won’t make it unless we get more grassroots donations quickly.

We’re within reach – $41,137.47 short to be exact – and with a last minute
surge, I know we can do it.

Alexandria takes $0 from corporations and lobbyists and relies solely on
grassroots donations to power her campaign. That’s why our average
contribution this month is $16.72.

Hitting January’s goal will mean a lot to our team. It will help keep our
programs – from our Homework Helpers tutoring program to our Green New
Deal deep canvassing phone banks – running and it will send a message that
our movement for progress and justice is stronger than ever.
