John, He betrayed his oath of office. Again. He betrayed this country. Again. For three years, our country has been torn apart by the issue of a foreign government interfering in our 2016 election. Then, two months ago, Donald Trump told another foreign government to interfere in our 2020 election. Now, he’s doing everything he can to smear and attack the whistleblower who brought this betrayal into the light — a brave American who is now in danger for putting country over everything. Yesterday Trump said he wants the whistleblower’s name, even threatening him and telling a room of his supporters he’d like to handle this the way “we did in the olden days ...when we were smart.“ This behavior is deeply disturbing. It goes against everything we stand for as Americans. That’s why I’m running and that’s why it’s so important that you stepped up and joined us. This fight is about more than one presidential election. We’re fighting for the soul of our nation. It’s a fight worth fighting, and a fight we’re winning, but we still have a lot of work to do. The more people who see what we’re doing, the more people know that they’re not alone in seeing the danger this president is putting our country in — we need to reach them now, and that’s where you can make the most impact today.
