I thought I knew just how difficult it would be with President Biden in office.  

I knew he would go after energy jobs, our borders, our guns, and so many other Constitutional rights we hold dear.

But I didn’t predict just how quickly he would try to do it.

Within his first 11 days, President Biden wiped away many policies of President Trump which led to energy independence and the best economy the nation has seen in many years. 

I fear his flurry of executive orders aren’t ending here. His goal isn’t to just destroy President Trump’s policies, but perhaps replace our conservative values with something else entirely. 

We will never believe in that vision. 

We believe in the America which made it the greatest nation on Earth — a land of equal opportunity, honesty, fairness, and freedom. A place where hard work gets rewarded.  

These next few years will be very challenging under one-party rule. However, I know we can turn things around and rebuild the American dream.  

Of course, before we advance and reclaim Congress and the White House, we first must Defend America and oppose President Biden’s massive overreach.  

And that’s my role as the West Virginia Attorney General and the role of my GOP Attorneys General colleagues. We are literally the last line of defense against an overreaching federal government.
