While I've been in Washington starting work in this new term, National Republicans are already jockeying to figure out which seats are vulnerable to flip red this cycle – and bring down the Democratic majorities with them.

CT-05 is one of those seats they fixate on. As a decidedly purple district, many Republicans see my race as one of the best opportunities for the GOP to pick up seats.

We won’t let that happen. We have an incredible opportunity to make real progress with Democratic control of the House, Senate, and White House – but this moment is also galvanizing the GOP, who will throw more money than ever at toss-up districts like this one in an attempt to take back the Majority.

I prevailed over a late influx of Super PAC money in 2020 because of all the support from donors like you, and I WILL do it again this cycle – but only if we are able to build our grassroots donor base NOW so we can make critical early investments in my next re-election campaign.
