Awwooooooo furriend,

It's Zuma Crow -- Golden Retriever, First Dog of Colorado's 6th district, and Jason's best friend. I live in a place called Colorado with my dad, mom, sister, and brother (all human). There's also a salamander and frog here...

...Anyways, I like to think that I have the ulti-mutt life for a dog. I spend my time running in circles and catching falling turkey slices. And earlier this month, the family and I watched the Indoguration of Major and Champ Biden. I wagged my tail paw-ticularly hard when I found out that Major is the furst-ever rescue dog in the White House -- that's some grrreat re-paw-sentation!

But even more impawtantly, having new furriends in the White House means that there are dog-loving people like my dad in Pawshington, D.C. See, my dad is chasing a world where all the pups and humans in our neighborhood have a clean environment to take our romps in. He's making sure that everyone can retrieve vet care (or...whatever that would be for humans). And he talks all the time about how we need more transpawrency in the government (and that I am a good girl).

But right now, dad is going through a bit of a ruff pooch with his fundraising (which tends to happen in January). You see, my dad's been busy making sure Coloradans are healthy and holding some ruff people accountable. So, I volunteered a paw to help him keep fighting for us back home.

I know that everything my dad wants is pawsible if people like you are wagging alongside him. His first deadline of the year is TONIGHT and he needs our help. So, will you throw him a bone and help scratch fundraising off his to-do list before tonight's deadline? Rush a treat now. [link removed]
