But that's easier said than done. Many schools across the country are currently too short-staffed to return to in-person learning, and safety remains a serious concern. Biden's stimulus plan contains $130 billion to help public schools -- but Republicans in Congress are fighting tooth and nail to make sure the bill doesn't make it to his desk.
With all these challenges, the future of our education system is looking less and less clear, and we need to gauge where Americans stand on this issue.
