This has been a challenging month, but as we turn the page on the dark chapter of the last four years, I can’t help but feel optimistic about the future.

Let me be clear. We have our work cut out for us. Donald Trump’s allies are determined to pick up the mantle of his divisive politics, including here in Minnesota. Some are even thinking about running against me in 2022.

We can’t stop our opponents from trying to fan the flames of hatred, but we can prepare for it, which is why (hopefully with your help) we’re working on expanding our campaign efforts earlier than we had planned.

I just spoke with Berrett, my campaign finance director. In order to meet our revised budget, he says we still need to raise more than $4,000 by tonight’s end of month deadline.
