Friend, for the first time in 12 years, Democrats have won control of the Senate, the House and the White House – giving us a historic mandate to pass the progressive policies our country needs. But there's one big problem.

Democrats have a slim 50-50 majority, with Vice President Harris breaking the ties that are sure to come in a Congress as divided as ours. That means if we lose even one seat, our entire Democratic agenda will be put at risk.

That's why I'm writing to you today. The Washington Post reports that the GOP is already gearing up to spend MILLIONS to take back the Senate in next year's midterm elections – and even worse, they have their sights set on me and three of my Democratic colleagues. So please, friend, I'm personally asking: Will you split a $5 donation between me, Mark Kelly (Sen-AZ), Maggie Hassan (Sen-NH) and Catherine Cortez Masto (Sen-NV) to ensure we keep the Senate blue?

From day one, I've fought to expand access to quality, affordable health care, protect the dignity of work and give everyday folks a voice in their government. And Sens. Kelly, Hassan and Cortez Masto are right there with me – but we can't win these fights if we fall behind before the race even begins. 

That's why we set an end-of-month fundraising deadline, our first of the reelection cycle, to ensure we have the resources we need to keep the Senate blue – and I'm counting on grassroots supporters like you to pitch in now so we can make critical early investments to win the elections that will decide Senate control.

I know it feels like election season just ended, but we really don't have time to waste. So please, friend, before our end-of-month midnight deadline, will you split a donation of $5 or more now between me, Mark, Maggie and Catherine to help us lay the groundwork for victory in the midterms and protect our razor-thin Democratic Senate majority?
