John,

Janet Yellen recently made history as the first woman to ever lead the Department of the Treasury and has now set a new priority to “initiate a serious review of dark money” in U.S. politics.

In Yellen's words, the Treasury is a “national security position” within the new administration -- and we couldn't agree more.

Several dark money groups, including Women for America First, funnelled millions into planning the violent Capitol riots on January 6 -- and yet, as it stands, the government has no way to hold these groups accountable.

Yellen is now leading a review to remove these groups' tax-exempt status and transform the laws around donor anonymity, but conservative groups are already firing back and asking the Supreme Court to use the Constitution to protect dark money interests.

We want to make it clear that investigating dark money is a priority in safeguarding our democracy, and today, we need to know if our supporters agree. Please, tell us where you stand now:

Should Janet Yellen prioritize investigating dark money?

YES   NO

Thank you for making your voice heard as the world watches on.
