Democratic AGs spent 2020 fighting attempts to restrict voting rights, expanding vote-by-mail, and fighting back efforts in battleground states to undermine the will of American voters.

But we can do more.

Democrats in Congress have introduced H.R. 1, For The People Act, which would expand voting rights, reform redistricting, and hold elected officials accountable for corruption.

* Suing the U.S. Postal Service to fight back against the Trump administration's attempts to slow down mail deliveries, including mail-in-ballots.
* Sounding the alarm against Trump campaign tactics to intimidate voters or suppress the vote.
* Educating voters on how to legally cast ballots in their states.
* Opposing an unsuccessful lawsuit brought by Republican AGs to overturn the results of the election.

Dem AGs won't stop fighting for a better democracy, and passing laws like H.R. 1 will make it easier to fight for everyone's right to participate.
