This election made it more clear that Nevada is a BATTLEGROUND state. And when the dust settled, Democrats came out on top!

But let’s be frank: our current nomination process is completely outdated -- and it gives states that aren’t as representative of our democracy a HUGE role in deciding the direction and focus of the Democratic party’s primaries.

On the other hand, Nevada is MUCH more representative of America’s diverse demographics -- almost a third of our electorate is Asian American, Latinx, or African American! -- and it’s an evolving progressive arena, with workers’ unions and environmental activists leading the charge!
