Last week, the President made the right decision to recommit the United States to the Paris Climate Agreement. As you know, this is an unprecedented time of global climate change. Scientists fear that if we don’t take bold cooperative action as soon as possible, it will have terrible consequences for our planet, wildlife, ecosystems, and human health for generations to come.


This debate isn’t just about one country or the next, it’s about the future of our planet - it’s about our children and our grandchildren. We must come together to solve these problems. It takes intelligent and moral leadership to push our country in the right direction of more sustainable energy, transportation, and jobs. We can have a vibrant and diverse economy, while at the same time protecting our planet for future generations. I am confident in the progress we will make during the Biden-Harris administration, and I’m proud to join them in that fight!
