I am forever grateful for this grassroots team.

Through our people-powered movement, we flipped Georgia blue, ended GOP control of the Senate and laid the foundation for a progressive future we can all believe in. Now this kid from Kayton Homes housing projects is representing Georgia as its first-ever Black senator in the U.S. Senate.

We've welcomed a bright new day full of possibility - but we've still got work to do together.

Because here's the truth, friend: My term is up in just two years, and with Democrats' slim 50-50 majority in the Senate, we can't afford to lose a single seat. We have the historic opportunity to pass our bold, progressive agenda and make sure everyday folks have a voice in their government again - but we have to make sure we can see it through to the end. That's why our reelection campaign starts right now.

It's never been more essential to have a reliable flow of resources so we can start off strong and defend this seat against the GOP's massive money machine - so I have to turn to this team again: Please, friend, will you give $5 or more now and become a monthly donor so we can KEEP Georgia blue and protect the Senate majority for Democrats?

This is serious, friend: analysts at The Washington Post report that the GOP has already made me their top target for the upcoming midterm elections. And after the historic political upset we just staged, Republicans are doubling down on voter suppression and huge spending to end our razor-thin majority and roll back the clock on our hard-won progress. We simply can't let that happen.

We never took a cent from corporate PACs, and we're not going to start now, so knowing we have a reliable stream of resources will allow us to make the critical early investments we need to make to keep this seat blue.
