Tell the Senate:
Some things are bigger than Social Security. Our democracy is one of them. Convict Donald Trump in his second impeachment trial, and disqualify him from holding office again.

John,
Our Social Security system is a foundation of economic security for older Americans, people with disabilities, and surviving family members. But that foundation is built on top of our system of government and, on January 6th, that foundation was threatened by a violent mob who stormed the Capitol in the hopes of overthrowing the incoming government.
Some things are bigger than Social Security. Our democracy is one of them.
Sign now: The House has impeached Donald Trump for his role in the January 6th attack. The Senate must convict him and disqualify him from holding further office.
5 people died in the attack. 2 more Capitol Police officers have taken their lives in the three and a half weeks since. There have to be consequences for inciting a mob into an insurrection.
Donald Trump is a stain on our country, and everyone who supported his lies to undermine our democracy has no business serving in the government. Donald Trump himself has hinted that he will run again in 2024. That must not be allowed to happen.
The Senate has the power to convict a President and bar them from holding further office. They must use that power on Donald Trump.
Thanks,
Michael Phelan Social Security Works
