Once again this week we've seen the Deep State rear its ugly head.

False accusations, intelligence leaks, fake news, spying on the President. It's all an attempt to undermine the conservative agenda.

It's what I wrote about in my new book, and it's what we're fighting each and every day at the ACLJ.

The Deep State must be defeated. The Constitution is being shredded before our very eyes. We can't allow it. And we need you to help us defend and restore the Constitution.

We're in court in numerous cases against the Deep State, unearthing corruption. Some of the worst Deep State actors have been removed from their destructive places of power. But more must be done.

We recently filed a massive lawsuit against the FBI over fired FBI Director James Comey's actions - reportedly placing spies in the White House. The FBI's response deadline in court is quickly approaching. We're ready for a big court battle.
