John,

Between the pandemic and this month's
insurrection, it's possible for each of us to become overwhelmed,
burned out, and paralyzed -- that's why last Saturday, we hosted
the first event in our new weekly self-care series focused on
evidence-based mindfulness practice and brave conversations about
the new normal we have had to create in our lives and
communities.

Tomorrow morning at 9:00 a.m. ET, we're once again partnering
with the Copper Beech Institute for the next session in this
series. In Saturday's session we will:

* Connect with our colleagues on a human level

* Experience evidence-based practices proven to reduce stress and
increase focus and clarity

* Explore habit change and set intentions for moving forward

Click here to register at the Copper Beech Institute website to
join us this Saturday, January 29th at 9:00 a.m. ET, or any other
Saturday through February 13th!
