For too many people in our country, hard work isn't paying off. But this week, I took action to change that by introducing a measure that would raise the federal minimum wage to $15 -- a push the Biden Administration is making as well.

We have the opportunity to enact pro-worker policies for the American people. But with a razor thin Majority and McConnell's Republican obstruction in the Senate, we have our work cut out for us.

The fact is our Senate Majority is as slim as it possibly can be. We need to start putting in the work now to defend and expand it so we can continue taking action to make our country work for everyone, not just those at the top. But I need your help to do it -- if you can, will you chip in to support our grassroots movement before the end-of-month deadline?

Raising the minimum wage would increase wages for nearly 32 million American workers. And it would have a major impact on workers of color, including a third of all Black workers and a quarter of all Latino workers.

Workers are long overdue for a raise, and this measure would take steps to correct that.

We have a lot of work ahead of us to advance our progressive values and we'll need to expand our Democratic Majority to make it happen. If you can, please chip in to make sure our grassroots network is prepared before the end-of-month deadline.
