Before you log off for the weekend, folks, I wanted to reach out about our monthly fundraising deadline on Sunday. All I need is just a moment of your time to explain why this is so important.
Look, I’m not your typical politician. I’m a dirt farmer from Montana. I get a $12 flattop haircut. I butcher my own meat. I try to watch my language, but sometimes it gets the best of me.
I first got into politics because I was sick and tired of our government not working for people like me. For too long, special interests called the shots in Washington while the rest of us got ignored.
That’s why I do things a little differently. Instead of relying on mega-donors to fuel my campaign, I depend on everyday folks like you chipping in $5 here or $10 there to keep us moving.
So, here’s the part where I ask: If you can, will you make a donation of any amount that’s meaningful to you today? Our first monthly fundraising deadline is right around the corner and I’m depending on folks like you to help us meet it.

The day I took office, I made a promise to never forget where I came from or who I work for. Every day folks like you keep me grounded and I’m so thankful for your support.
Take care,
Jon
