Montana Lawmakers introduced and are under pressure after scheduling a Rapists' Rights Bill to go to committee for a hearing and pulled a still-drafted bill to amend Montana’s child custody laws that give parental rights to rapists.
The bill states that “Alleged sexual intercourse without consent resulting in the birth of a child is not independently grounds for terminating the parent-child legal relationship.”
This is the latest in a string of anti-abortion, anti-woman laws that we need all our grassroots supporters to oppose!

The Montana GOP not only wants to force women who were impregnated by a rapist to have their baby by not giving them the right to choose, they now want them to allow these rapists to know where their victims live at all times.
