Dear John,

Pres. Biden has been in office only ten days.

Already, he has torn up a large part of the Trump administration's progress on controlling our southern border and protecting American workers from unfair foreign competition... In fact, he's tried to stop just about all enforcement against illegal immigration.

Here is just a partial list of Pres. Biden's attack on immigration sanity:

⇛	Stopped most deportations for 100 days. The practical effect of this would be for the Border Patrol and ICE to just let illegal aliens scheduled for deportation to walk free. (Fortunately, a federal judge in Texas has temporarily blocked this bad policy.)
⇛	Canceled the "Remain in Mexico" program. One of the first Trump-era policies Biden has overturned is a policy that made asylum seekers stay in Mexico until their cases were decided by U.S. officials. The previous policy for those who claimed they were fleeing persecution was to give them work permits and turn them loose into America on parole. Most of these asylum claims are denied. Only a minority making the claims even show up for their hearings. Now, it looks like we're going back to the bad old days of catch and release.
⇛	Opened up the DACA program again to new enrollees. Remember that DACA isn't really about protecting illegal aliens who claim to have come into the U.S. before age 15 from deportation. DACA is about giving them work permits to compete for jobs with the millions of Americans who can't find one.
⇛	Ended the so-called "travel ban," which made travel to the U.S. from certain terrorist-harboring nations more difficult.
⇛	Stopped the construction on the southern Border Wall. This ill-advised move may cost the government $$ billions, since construction firms have binding contracts to complete portions of the work.

Look, John, we have to take a stand on this! With your activism and financial support, we WILL take a stand and FIGHT.

NumbersUSA is already deep into that fight. And so are our members. We've been sending out Action Alerts and mobilizing opposition every day. It looks like this level of activism is going to be necessary for a long time.

As I explained a few days ago, the Biden White House has issued their demands for new radical legislation to amnesty nearly all illegal aliens in the U.S., as well as those who were previously deported! This will be a battle royale that may take all this year to finally defeat.

This is what the pro-Amnesty New York Times said in today's paper about the Biden amnesty request:

"The president's proposal would be perhaps the most ambitious immigration redesign passed since 1986, when President Ronald Reagan signed the Immigration Reform and Control Act, which legalized three million people. "

Converting more than three times that many people into full citizens could open the door to one of the most significant demographic shifts in modern U.S. history... while eventually creating many new voters."
