- Introduced legislation to investigate biased policing and police misconduct on Capitol Hill
- Launched a COVID-19 advisory task force made up of local public health experts, health care professionals, business leaders, education board members, and more
- Drafted legislation to impeach Donald Trump—then voted to impeach Donald Trump for a second time
- Urged Attorney General-Designate Merrick Garland to prioritize the Biden administration’s commitment to abolishing the death penalty
John, these are the sort of wins and steps in the right direction we need to keep making if we want to create a more progressive Congress that will fight for families and working folks over corporations.
The work that our candidates are doing in Congress right now is why we’re in this fight, and why we’re focused on growing our movement—even in an “off year”.
