Can you believe we’re two days away from the end of January already? That also means we’re just two days out from our very first fundraising deadline of 2021.

Look, we’ll be honest: energy has dwindled ever since we voted to oust Donald Trump from office in November. But ending Trump’s presidency wasn’t the end-all-be-all, not even close.

Not only are we still dealing with the disastrous effects of the coronavirus pandemic on our public health and economy, but we’re cleaning up the mess Trump made and working to make long-awaited progress on issues like income inequality, criminal justice reform, student debt relief, and so much more.

Over the past few weeks, Cory has already been hard at work fighting to provide more financial relief to workers, families, and businesses, strengthen our voting rights and stop the poisonous influence of dark money and corruption in our government, raise the federal minimum wage to $15 an hour, and hold former President Trump accountable for his incitement of a violent insurrection on the U.S. Capitol.
