We are nearing a big decision.  Tonight, I am asking all of my supporters who would like me to run for Attorney General to step up and show your support. 


Campaigns for statewide office take a tremendous amount of energy, but they also cost a great deal of money.  In my U.S. Senate race last year, my opponents and their allies spent over $30 million against me. 


While we barely lost that race (19,000 votes) against one of the toughest Democratic incumbents to defeat in America, we need to begin gaining strength for the challenge ahead in 2020. 


That’s why I need your help.  And I need it now. 


As I get ready to pull the trigger on another campaign, I have to know that you will stand by my side and help me fight off the lies, and let me tell the truth about our strong, conservative record.
