We need to elect Dem AGs who will stand with the Biden-Harris agenda. Will you pitch in $5 now?

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

FIRST: President Biden and Vice President Harris were inaugurated and instantly went to work by signing dozens of executive orders to combat the climate crisis, expand initiatives to foster diversity, work on ending the Coronavirus pandemic, and reverse dangerous Trump-era policies.

THEN: AG Paxton sued the Biden-Harris administration over their immigration executive order just two days after inauguration.

NOW: A Trump judge sided with indicted Republican AG Paxton, attempting to continue Trump's aggressive and discriminatory immigration enforcement initiatives.

We can stop Republican AGs who are trying to block the agenda of President Biden and Vice President Harris by electing more Dem AGs.

But AG Paxton isn't the only Republican AG trying to delegitimize President Biden and block his Administration's agenda.

This lawsuit follows months of current and former Republican Attorneys General fueling the frivolous conspiracy theories through unsuccessful legal actions, PR stunts, and other efforts to undermine the 2020 election. Republican AGs have been preparing for months to block the progress of the Biden-Harris administration.

Republican AGs are going to continue to stand in the way of progress. We have to defeat them at the ballot box. Will you join us with a $5 donation now?
