Several GOP members don’t want to spend the money to save working families and small businesses. But after four years of generous tax break giveaways, and billions of dollars wasted on the border wall, they are suddenly very concerned about the deficit.

News flash — this is a national emergency. People are dying. Parents are losing their jobs. And we need action. Now. We may have won control of the House and a slim majority in the Senate, but Democrats need our support more than ever to get the job done.
