Friend, thanks to this grassroots team, we won our battleground race in Michigan and took back our Senate majority. But now, it's time to protect and expand that majority.

I am deeply honored to have just been selected as chair of the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee (DSCC) for the 2022 cycle - and I want to thank my colleague, Sen. Catherine Cortez Masto, for her hard work flipping the Senate as our most recent DSCC chair.

So, as I begin my leadership of the DSCC, I look forward to drawing on my own experience winning tough races and I am grateful to Majority Leader Schumer and Senate Democrats for trusting me with this responsibility.

We have a great opportunity in 2022 to expand our Democratic majority so we can keep working to protect our health, rebuild our economy stronger than before and deliver real progress for the American people.

More updates to come in the coming weeks, but as a valued member of my team, I wanted to let you know personally.

Thank you - I'm excited to get to work.

Gary

P.S. We have no time to waste. If you're able, pitch in here to protect and expand our Democratic majority in the U.S. Senate.
