As our city grapples with the coronavirus pandemic and the crises of inequality it has worsened, we find ourselves at a crossroads. What kind of future will we choose? 

We’re writing to tell you that the path to a new future is in front of us now: one built on a foundation of radical love, in which no one is left behind. We need leaders in City Hall like Dianne, who knows what it’s like to struggle and to try to navigate the city’s systems — and who has been fighting for social, racial, environmental and economic justice right alongside the communities she hopes to lead.
