Since the conclusion of the last legislative session, Texas Right to Life advocated for 10 patients victimized by the 10-Day Rule and assisted 85 patients facing similar conflicts in Texas hospitals. This anti-Life law has received unprecedented attention as a result of Baby Tinslee’s highly-publicized fight to survive. In spite of Cook Children’s Medical Center appealing all the way up to the Supreme Court of the United States in an attempt to remove her ventilator, Tinslee has now reached her second birthday!
