Live From The Sheldon Continues with a Beethoven Celebration feat. the Arianna String Quartet

Live From Sheldon continues with the acclaimed St. Louis-based Arianna String Quartet as they present a two-night mini-Beethoven festival celebrating the composer’s recent 250th birthday. The quartet will present Beethoven’s String Quartet in A minor, Op. 132 on January 29 at 7 p.m. The celebration continues the following night, with a performance of Beethoven’s Trio for Piano, Violin and Cello, Op. 97 (“Archduke”) on January 30 at 7 p.m.

Healthy Hip Hop for kids

Healthy Hip Hop takes urban hip hop beats and marries them with a positive message of healthy and wellness. Songs are for kids ages Pre-K to 5th grade and are easy to learn along with a dance.

Opera Theatre of St. Louis gets back to nature

Like most arts organizations, Opera Theatre of Saint Louis has had to pivot to adapt to the realities of Covid-19. After losing its entire 2020 festival season, the decision was made, in consultation with medical professionals, to move its 2021 season to an outdoor stage in the parking lot next to the theater, which will come with a host of challenges, but they are promising the same level of musical and creative quality its audiences have come to expect.
