Hey folks —

For the first time since 2009, Democrats have control of the White House, the House of Representatives, and the Senate. That means these next two years are our best shot at making real progress for our communities.

As majority leader, Mitch McConnell let hundreds of important bills pile up and collect dust on his desk — from addressing climate change to fixing our broken campaign finance system. Now that Democrats hold the majority, it’s finally time for the Senate to take action and get our work done.

We want to make sure that Jon can spend every minute these next two years focusing on his job and making real progress in the Senate — not worrying about our fundraising.

But here’s the bad news — we’re currently $5,204 behind our goal. We really don’t want to bug Jon about this with so much going on, so we’re turning to you:
