John,

The new session of Congress has just begun, and national Republicans are already looking ahead to the midterm elections. They're laying out plans on how to retake the House majority, and history has shown they have the advantage.

The president's party loses an average of 27 seats in midterm elections, and Kim's purple district will be one of their top targets. Earlier this month, a majority of Republicans in the House, including Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy, voted to overturn the results of the 2020 election. Holding on to our House majority is crucial to protecting our democracy.

Right now, Democrats only hold a narrow majority, so we can't waste any time preparing for the fights ahead. Will you rush a donation of $5 or more to help us hit our first end-of-month goal of 2021?

If you've saved your payment information with ActBlue Express, your donation will go through immediately:

Kim and her Democratic colleagues are ready to get to work alongside the Biden administration to get our country back on track. From lowering the cost of prescription drugs and making health care more affordable to getting dark money out of politics -- they're fighting for the issues that matter most to you.

But if we lose our House majority in 2022, we risk losing all the progress we're fighting for. That's why we need your help to lay the groundwork now and ensure our team has the resources to keep Kim in Congress fighting for us.

Rush a donation before our deadline on Sunday to help ensure we have the resources to protect Kim's seat and the Democratic House majority.

Thanks,

Team Schrier
