Grants for 1 million struggling small businesses and public transit agencies
A public health program that creates 100K jobs
As a former Baltimore County Executive, I especially support the $350 billion for state and local governments, which are on the frontlines of this pandemic, employ essential workers like teachers and firefighters, play a key role in distributing the COVID-19 vaccine, and are also facing historic revenue shortfalls.
