Hello John,

Use your voice to advocate for legislation that maximizes voter participation! IGNITE invites you to flex your political power and join us for IGNITE the Capitol Pennsylvania.

What: Crash course in legislative advocacy following by digital advocacy

When: February 17, 2021, 12 pm ET - 2 pm ET

Where: Online with IGNITE

Who: College students, high school students, and young professionals

We'll be advocating for two bills, HB205 and HB215, that both aim to expand voter access:

  • HB215 would allow qualified residents to be automatically registered to vote unless they choose to opt-out.
  • HB215 would allow voters to register at the polls on the day of an election, providing they have not voted elsewhere.

When we speak up, step up, and show up, we can pass policies that empower women!

Let's do this! Hope to see you at IGNITE the Capitol Pennsylvania!

What to expect at an #IGNITEtheCaptiol event

2020 has taught us the power of your voice and your action. Let's take all of that energy into 2021. Join us to advocate for civic education, empowering women, and maximizing voter participation to create a more equitable and inclusive country.

During IGNITE the Capitol advocacy events, you'll receive training and hands-on digital advocacy experience. And you’ll get to hear directly from some of the authors of these bills.

We're going virtual this year to keep everyone healthy. Just because we can’t visit state capitols across America doesn’t mean the work stops. You’ll become an expert in digital advocacy and learn to use your political power in new ways.
