Boy, that President Biden has been feisty this week. He dialed up $4 trillion in new government spending. Wow! Two trillion for Covid relief and two trillion to save all our lives by defeating Climate Change. Or something like that. I’m not sure.   Neither Mr. Biden nor his climate guy John Kerry were clear on how the USA will stop the warming madness if China and India won’t cooperate, which they won't.
