Hello John,

Rudy Giuliani won't be representing Donald Trump at his impeachment trial. Why? "Because I gave an earlier speech [at the rally], I am a witness and therefore unable to participate in court or in the Senate chamber," Giuliani said.

In his speech, Giuliani told the crowd, “we will have a trial by combat.” Minutes later, thousands of Trump supporters took his words to heart and violently stormed the Capitol.

DC Attorney General Karl Racine has said that prosecutors will “investigate not only the mobsters but also those who invited the violence” -- which Rudy Giuliani most certainly did.

We believe allowing Guiliani to continue his political career without repercussions sets a dangerous precedent for our democracy. But today, we need to know where YOU stand:

Should Rudy Giuliani be prosecuted for inciting violence?
