"I took an oath, to support and defend the constitution of the United States which is why I cannot support this bill in its current form. This bill goes too far in its reigning in the freedom of speech and expression, it is too broad by not discerning enough between aggitators and innocent attendees, and it is redundant in that we already have laws on the books to prosecute the bad actors. "

Unforunately, the committee has 12 Republicans and only 6 Democrats after our losses in November and this bill passed our committee.
