A few weeks ago, we sent a survey to you about your top priorities for 2021. It’s important to me, and the rest of the Truth to Power team, that our organization’s priorities align with yours.
I’ve been digging into the data over the past few days and found some really interesting findings. Read my top takeaways below:

📢 Over 1,800 Truth to Power supporters shared their thoughts in our 2021 Priorities Survey! Thanks to everyone who voiced their opinion to help make Truth to Power stronger. 1️⃣ Reproductive rights were the top issue voted on by Truth to Power supporters. Our candidates have and will continue to advocate on behalf Roe v. Wade and expanding reproductive rights. 2️⃣ Climate change and sustainability are a priority for 92% of Truth to Power supporters. We don’t take money from any corporate PACs—but especially not ones who represent Big Oil and other fossil fuel industries. 3️⃣ Nearly 1,700 of supporters are prioritizing COVID-19 relief. Many of our elected candidates have been leading the charge for comprehensive relief for working families. ✍A majority of our supporters want to focus on organizing on behalf of progressive legislation. Thankfully, all of our elected candidates have been kicking off their first terms with strong and progressive legislation, and we’ll be in touch with more information on how you can get further involved. 💪 Truth to Power supporters are ready to get to work on behalf of our shared progressive values! |
