Dear John,

Council for a Livable World (CLW) promotes policies to reduce, and eventually eliminate, nuclear threats and minimize the risk of war. Along with its sister organization, the Center for Arms Control and Non-Proliferation, CLW has been at the forefront of U.S. arms control and national security policy for more than half a century.

Right now, CLW is focused on reversing the dangerous nuclear policies of the Trump administration. President Trump expanded the role and cost of U.S. nuclear weapons, abandoned important arms control and non-proliferation treaties, and risked a new nuclear arms race.

If you agree that we need to overturn these dangerous policies, will you please join me in signing CLW's petition? Let President Biden know reversing these policies is a priority for you >>

CLW helped our campaign in 2020, but our team wasn't the only one that benefited from CLW's support. In last year's election, CLW raised $1.5 million for 35 victorious candidates -- including President Joe Biden! And the organization is already beginning to plan its involvement in the 2022 elections.

Now that they've helped us win this seat and other key races, CLW needs our help. Please, will you sign their petition to demand the reversal of Trump's dangerous nuclear policies?

Thank you again for all your hard work to build a better nation this year and beyond. I am incredibly grateful to have you on this team!

Sincerely,

Chris
