The majority of House Democrats support Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s impeachment inquiry into Trump’s undoubtedly suspicious phone call with the Ukrainian government. As the only Arizona Democrat, AZ-01’s Congressman Tom O’Halleran waited until today—and only after we called him out on it and after thousands flooded his phone lines and inbox—to get behind the impeachment process.

Immigrant children in cages, banning Muslims, violating the emoluments clause, seeking assistance from foreign nations to win 2016 elections, defending white supremacists, and bragging about sexually assaulting women were not enough to hold the executive branch in check—the way Congress is supposed to? My opponent has done everything to avoid using the word “impeachment”—until today, when he issued an ambiguous statement about his support of the formal impeachment proceedings.

It’s time for such weak leadership to end and for us to oust #TimidTom.

I’ll never stop advocating on behalf of progressive values or lose sight of my responsibility to hold the government accountable, but I need your help to unseat complacent and out-of-touch members of Congress like O’Halleran. You’ll never wonder what side I’m on, because I’ll be firm on the issues and transparent with the people of AZ-01 and this country.

With a mere four days until the Sept. 30 deadline for the public FEC filings, we’re on a mission to garner as much support from individual donors like you so we can show the viability of our campaign. To date, we have 957 individual donors. We’d like to hit the 1,000 mark by the end of this month.
