Months ago, members of the Squad led the way on Impeachment. Rashida,
Ayanna, Ilhan, and Alexandria courageously spoke out when others were too
afraid to speak their minds — for fear of the consequences.

Finally, amongst this incredible but frankly unsurprising scandal, the
nation has followed suit. According to the latest poll by YouGov, not only
do a strong majority of Democrats support impeachment, but a minority of
Republicans oppose it:

Donald Trump has been a continuation of the policies that have destroyed
the working class, exacerbated inequality, and emboldened powerful
corporations systematically over the three years he’s been in office. He’s
used the power of the presidency to enrich himself, his cronies, and the
billionaire class.

And yet, too many Democrats in Congress have been afraid to hold him
accountable and fight back against his brazen economic sabotage, for fear
of angering their corporate donors.

risky — our leaders will speak truth to power, because people want their
