Hey there,

Trump might be allowed back on Facebook -- and the odds seem to be in his favor.

The New York Times reports that within the next three months, a global oversight board will virtually meet to discuss Facebook's censorship of Trump after he incited violent riots at the Capitol -- and Trump allegedly has many free speech sympathizers on his side.

Facebook has pledged to accept the board's rulings no matter the outcome, and we're worried that Trump's return to social media will allow him to fuel even more violent acts of white supremacy and extremism.

Trump's continual attempts to delegitimize the presidential election results, his encouragement of his supporters to not use “weakness” and instead reject Biden's victory, and his refusal to stop the Capitol attack when it was underway have all proven beyond doubt that his presence on social media is a direct threat to our democracy. We fully support punishing ANYONE who played a role in this assault on our country. We need to make sure our most ardent supporters are with us. Please, let us know:

Should Trump be allowed to incite violence on social media platforms again?

YES   NO
