Dear John,

It's time for change. It’s time for justice. It’s time for action. It’s time to win. As mother Audre Lorde said, “Revolution is not a one-time event.”
That’s why we are calling on President Biden, Vice President Harris, and our lawmakers to take 100 bold, ambitious steps to advance gender justice during their first 100 days in office.

Our communities continue to be plagued by the COVID-19 crisis, attacks by white supremacists, the aftereffects of a hostile Trump administration, and the unrelenting impacts of systemic racism, misogyny, and discrimination. We don’t have a moment to waste.
Will you join us? Add your demands for the first 100 days now. [[link removed]]

TAKE ACTION [[link removed]]

There is so much that can happen immediately to move us toward a more just country for women and girls. The White House has already started issuing executive orders that undo the racist Muslim ban, stop the routine mistreatment of Dreamers and undocumented people, address the corruption of the Census, and reverse the refusal to protect the rights of LGBTQ people. But President Biden and Vice President Harris can take further action to undo the harms of the Trump administration and protect and expand our rights. Send them a message now!

We can’t stop at the Biden-Harris administration. Congress must also act to pass bills that will protect students and workers, families, and our reproductive health care, in addition to providing immediate COVID relief to our people who have been hit hardest by the pandemic.
Finally, we need the Senate to quickly confirm President Biden’s cabinet, which must include strong champions for gender justice who will work to restore and expand our rights.

We must continue to fight to redefine what it means to be safe, to creating policies and laws that ensure that our lives and dignity are at the center, and to not rest until we achieve gender equality for all.

Please send a message to President Biden, Vice President Harris, and your members of Congress demanding 100 bold wins for women and girls over the next 100 days. [[link removed]]

For almost half a century, the National Women’s Law Center has been working on issues central to the fight for gender justice. And these last four years of attack after attack have shown us just how powerful and resilient our communities are when we fight together. We have been ready for this moment and look forward to moving our country toward a future where all women, families, and communities are safe, protected, and have justice.

In Solidarity,
