DEVELOPING ?today, President Biden is issuing a series of new executive orders, spelling out a historic all-of-government response across every federal agency to tackle climate change while addressing environmental injustice and creating good jobs. They just halted new oil and gas leases on public lands.
They're restoring science-based policy-making to the federal government.
They're setting up a plan to MASSIVELY expand land and ocean conservation across the country.
And they're establishing a council for environmental justice aimed at giving low-income communities and communities of color more power to shape environmental policy.
