This week, we upgraded our goal to 50,000 contributions after news came out that the Chairman of the National Republican Senatorial Committee said they will put a heavy focus on defeating Mark in 2022.
We knew this campaign would be a focus after they poured tens of millions into ads in 2020 to defeat us, but we didn’t expect they’d start planning for 2022 this early.
So we need to make sure Mark has the resources early on to put up a strong defense for whatever national Republicans plan to throw at us.
