What a year it's been so far. We've taken control of the Senate, witnessed an insurrection at our nation's Capitol, impeached the president (again), and inaugurated President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris -- and we're not even a month into 2021!
But now, as we gear up to take on the year ahead, things are looking a little different -- and they're certainly looking up.
We now have Democratic control of the House, Senate, and White House -- which means we can hit the ground running with critical new legislation like an economic stimulus, COVID relief, health care protection, and more.
I'm ready to keep up the fight for you and your family, but in order to best serve you, I need to know what's most important to you right now.
So tell me, John: What is your top priority for 2021? Change is on the horizon, John.
We held onto our House majority, which means we can keep fighting for the American people and ensure they are getting the help they need during the COVID-19 pandemic.
We took back control of the Senate, which means our legislation can head to the floor instead of Mitch McConnell's graveyard.
And we elected Joe Biden and Kamala Harris to the White House, which means we can start to heal our nation and focus on getting people back on their feet -- and that starts with passing the legislation that we need most.
