Friends,

NBC News: “The U.S. is in what former Homeland Security Secretary Jeh Johnson called ‘the most tense domestic security environment since 9/11,' yet most of the department's focus has been on fighting immigration rather than violent extremists.”

“‘DHS for the last four years has been used to hammer the president's aggressive border security, anti-immigration agenda, and not much else has been a priority for the agency,' said Johnson, who served during the Obama administration.”

The aggressively anti-immigrant DHS of today -- the same DHS that has failed to effectively deal with the domestic white supremacist threat -- is the creation of Stephen Miller, one of Trump's closest allies and architect of the Muslim ban. Thankfully, Miller will no longer have the ear of our Commander-in-Chief.

But make no mistake: the damage that Miller has done to American immigration policy and America's immigrant communities remains, and Miller is in it for the long haul when it comes to shaping the racist policy objectives of the GOP.

We need to make sure that our supporters will speak up against the cruel treatment of immigrants in our nation NOW -- so please, lend your voice before it's too late. Let us know:
Do you condemn Stephen Miller?[YES][NO] >> [link removed]

Thank you for speaking out,
