Dear Resident,
 
In late November I hosted a virtual Q&A with residents from the constituency - I believe this worked well and gave people plenty of opportunity to raise current national and local issues with me,

As the last one went well II will be hosting another Zoom Q&A on Friday 5th February starting at 1500 and lasting an hour.  As like last time we will stick to the same format, which I have laid out below.

I will select the first 30 people who respond to this email and then provide them with the link to join in the conversation.  I will ask everyone to be on mute and will ask people who wish to make a point or ask a question to indicate they wish to do so in the chat facility in Zoom.  A member of my staff will help facilitate the meeting and will call people to speak in turn.  I have used this method in the past and it works well and allows everyone to have a say and hear to response. If we are deluged by applications, and you don’t get in the first 30, don’t worry as we will try and run another.
