We hope you will take the time to watch the show and share it with friends and family. 

Since we couldn’t celebrate together in person, we tried to put a little bit of everything into this show. We went from the beaches of New Zealand to a Dutch airbase hosting US nuclear weapons, to hear from the campaigners taking action on this historic day from Bolivia to Kenya, bringing in the many voices that make up our campaign.

We heard powerful messages of support by UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres and MP Caroline Lucas (UK) as had great one-on-one interviews with the likes of Norwegian Nobel Committee chair Berit Reiss-Andersen and the Foreign Minister of Austria. We also dove deep into the substance of nuclear weapons, humanitarian consequences and the importance of multilateralism and diplomacy, with the friends that helped achieve this landmark treaty. And of course we had the beautiful performances by Norwegian soul-singer and ICAN supporter Nosizwe.

It was really an exciting challenge to put together a show like this, that unites us all in action in these unprecedented times, and can serve as a resource for campaigners all over the world to highlight the importance of this day.
