Friend,

Time is running out to stop to the Trump administration’s proposed rule allowing debt collectors (and scammers!) to harass families with unlimited, unsolicited texts and emails -- many times over debt they don’t even owe!

The public comment period for this rule may be over, but our work is not done. Trump’s Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and Director Kathy Kraninger are currently reviewing the comments submitted by you and other concerned consumers before issuing a final rule.

So this is your last chance to fight back against the Trump administration’s plan to allow predatory debt collectors to spam consumers.

Here’s how: We’re giving Kraninger a taste of her own medicine. We created a 10-hour long video of email and text noises to show her what American consumers are in for under her SPAMMY rule.

Will you click here to send Kraninger the video and urge her to rescind her consumer harassment plan? >>> www.TrumpSpam.org

If Kraninger won’t take action to protect consumers, Congress must fill the void. The Trump-Kraninger CFPB has abandoned its responsibilities -- and this new rule will make matters even worse.

There’s some good news: Members of Congress led by Maxine Waters are stepping in to do what the Trump CFPB won’t: protect consumers. They’re pushing legislation that will strengthen consumer protections against debt collector harassment and scams. Let’s let them know we have their backs.
