President Biden announced today that his administration was nearing a deal with Pfizer and Moderna to secure an additional 200 million doses of the coronavirus vaccine by the end of the summer. The purchases would boost the administration’s total vaccine order by 50 percent, raising it from 400 million to 600 million doses, as the
